AIS offers three primary services: Note that in virtually all instances, these services can be combined into custom offerings.

Project Management Consulting
Services here are focused on assisting clients to either establish a project management capability within their organizations, or to evolve and improve an existing one. Examples include setting up a Project Management Office, creating or updating a Project Management methodology, and conducting a Current/Best Practices review. We also provide support for specific problem areas such as project estimating, project portfolio management, resource management, change management, risk and contingency planning, and requirements definition.

On-Demand Project Management
Over the years, AIS has developed a proprietary online skills and experience based inventory of project management professionals, called the Project Management Registry. The Registry contains some of the very finest program and project managers available. These project managers have an average of 15 years of experience; most are certified by PMI, and most have worked on large complex, multi-million dollar projects. In addition, almost all have experience and certifications in related disciplines such as CMM, Six Sigma and the European standard Prince2. All are highly qualified, highly capable project managers available on demand to manage your projects to a successful conclusion. And finally, the Registry also contains allied professionals such as Business Analysts and Project Administrators.

Project Management Professional Development
Training, coaching and mentoring are all available to assist an organization to raise the bar in terms of its overall organizational level of competence. Hands-on, interactive project management training is available that enables students to understand how to structure and manage projects, and then successfully apply those learnings back at their desks. In addition, custom solutions are available that target specific areas of concern and then provide solutions framed within current organizational competency levels, culture, structure and goals. In some cases, these solutions can even be delivered as Webinars.
