Service Overview
Our only goal, is to ensure that participants learn, and understand how to apply the skills techniques and approaches necessary to be successful back at their place of work. For example, we believe true value lies in learning situationally when and how to use a Network Diagram to better manage a project, and not in simply learning how to create one and then customize the format. Perhaps AIS’s greatest strength and distinctive competence is the ability, talent and dedication of its course instructors. All have significant experience as practicing project managers, professional educators, and consultants, and all are certified PMP’s. They further have a minimum of 15 years of hands on project management experience managing large, complex projects covering virtually all industries. Finally, all are sought after industry speakers, and many have university level experience and are published authors as well. Approach All courses can be delivered as standard offerings, or can be tailored to include your company’s specific project management documents and processes. Also, completely custom courses can be developed as well. Irrespective of whether or not the course(s) you select are standard, tailored or custom, AIS will work with you prior to the training event to ensure that key messages and areas of focus are highlighted and included. Finally, AIS also offers post training debrief and evaluation sessions to pass along relevant student feedback as well as to identify further changes that might further enhance the learning experience.
